I\'m a Master\'s student at Duke University\'s Sanford School of Public Policy, focusing on evidence-based decision-making, international cooperation, and governance. I bring years of professional experience in NGO and program management, youth and community development, having led multi-country, donor-funded national and international projects ranging from Erasmus+ to NUPI, NED, and OSCE. I have extensive knowledge of stakeholder management, spanning civil society, government, and international organizations across the Caucasus, Eastern Europe, and the EU.I\'m passionate about translating policy goals into practical, beneficiary-focused programs that expand opportunity, strengthen inclusion, and raise the quality of life. I\'m particularly interested in roles intersecting humanitarian response, governance, and international development.
