Design the monitoring tools for the fixed voice network, and build up the Requirements, High-Level Design, and Low-Level Design. The projects are dependent on important tools and technologies such as Cloud infrastructure using (Docker, Kubernetes, Rancher, VMware, Network Cloud, etc.), Automate the project integration using CICD pipelines, RESTful APIS, F5, proxy server, etc. The monitoring protocols are SIP, RTP, SIPT. Responsible for Business support systems (BSS) to run the business operations towards customers. Leadership experience to handle the project delivery between the 3rd Party vendors and customers. Using Kanban Agile Methodology to Visualize the Work, Limit the Work in Progress (WIP), Focus on Flow, and Continuous Improvement. Lead the project security aspects like compliance with TSA, Risk Assessments, Vulnerabilities check using Qualys.
