Provide direct day to day oversight of resident care and compliance with service plans. 2.Conduct classroom, one-on-one, and spontaneous coaching and training to associates throughout the community to promote best in class therapeutic and behavioral interventions and techniques for effectively interacting with people with cognitive impairment. Partner with health services director to create and update unique resident service plans for Wellspring village and to identify and proactively respond to changes in condition and service needs. Implement and monitor safety protocols; set a strong example and hold associates accountable for practicing a culture of safety. Attract, retain, coach, motivate and lead a high performance service delivery team who support cognitively impaired residents in activities of daily living; hold the team accountable for meeting all mission, quality, safety and other performance standards. Serve as a member of the community’s leadership team by participating in outreach efforts, leading associate meetings and training programs, assisting in developing business plans and budgets. Maintain continuous and proactive communications with residents family members to promote open dialogue and timely sharing of important information; serve as the first point of contact for residents and family questions and concerns. Continuously monitor the operations, physical plant, associate interactions, and overall environment in Wellspring village to identify opportunities to enhance resident independence, foster a vibrant lifestyle and implement differentiators to make the community a best in class provider.
