I am a dedicated researcher and consultant passionate about advancing early childhood education and human development. With expertise in rigorous research methods, extensive experience in early childhood development and instruction, and a commitment to equitable access to quality education, I strive to make a positive impact on young children and adults. Specializing in language and literacy development, I understand the complexities of multilingual classrooms and create optimal learning environments. I also explore innovative approaches to integrating music and creative expression into education for enhanced engagement and equity. In addition to research, I have worked in philanthropy consulting, evaluating and refreshing strategic frameworks to improve educational opportunities for underserved communities. As a supportive leader, I have facilitated professional development trainings for teachers, parents, and education leaders, managing materials and expectations. Leading university teaching teams, I provided guidance, feedback, and training to teaching assistants. Additionally, I have mentored young Moroccan women, offering free coaching and guidance to help them achieve their career goals. With a background as a Pre-K teacher and experience as a Policy Advisor to Ministers of Education, I understand the challenges faced in educational settings.
