Lead operations for all of Houston market consisting of 18 urgent care facilities comprising of 50 providers and ~150 staff members. • Directly responsible for 3 Area Practice Managers encompassing all regions within Houston Gulf Coast Division • Build and maintain rapport with C-suite level executives • Present in monthly operating reviews to local and national leadership • Create and roll out strategic growth plans; scout sites for denovos and lead efforts to operationalize
