Manage a portfolio of up to 16 projects across 3 lines of businesses working with up to 15 internal departments plus external partners including the National Academy of Medicine Clinician Well-being Initiative. Project lead for ACP’s Well-being and Professional Fulfillment (WBPF) implementation projects including software product development, exhibits, events, and educational programs.Accountable for program operations encompassing support for the college’s 250+ WBPF champions change makers (all Internal Medicine physicians) deployed at 80+ACP chapters. Manage program contracts and program budget including budget management, forecasting, and phasing. Harnessing the collective gifts of ACP’s cross-functional team and multi-stakeholder group representatives (physicians from all career stages and variety of practice settings, institutions that teach physicians, physician employers, patient representatives, and other clinicians) built two 5-year strategic plans that align with ACP’s mission, vision, and goals and contribute to long-term positive systems changes in medicine. Work with cross-functional team members to identify tasks and milestones, build and manage project plans, manage deliverables, identify, commit, and negotiate for functional resources to meet commitments, identify risk(accept, manage, mitigate) and opportunity(maximize, amplify), develop content and copy, create communication plans, and coordinate with external vendors and organizations as required.
