ABOUT MARIA WATSON
Throughout my career as a physical therapist, I have had the honor and privilege of meeting thousands of people and have been able to guide them on a journey of recovery in some of their most vulnerable times. I\'ve helped patients go back to playing their favorite sport, be able to get down on the floor to play with their grandchildren, win and sadly on occasion lose their battle with cancer, and I\'ve even helped people to stop peeing their pants when they laugh. I now have been able to take my experience in patient care and transition into a career with Tactile Medical as a Clinical Specialist. I am thankful to have the opportunity to educate patients and providers in the most updated research and best clinical practices for lymphedema management. I believe in lifelong learning, as well as being open to new and sometimes uncharted opportunities.
