I love my role as an licensed Realtor and Agent Experience Partner with Opendoor. This role combines everything I love about the real estate industry. I provide a high level customer service through a combination of relationship management, negotiation and operations. I serve as the main point of contact for our cooperating agents whose clients are in the midst of logistically complicated processes that can be both financially and emotionally challenging; my job is to simplify the process, troubleshoot through challenges and ultimately bring certainty to both my agents and their clients. While I communicate directly with agents everyday, the work I do extends far beyond answering questions and delivering information. My primary goal is to build a relationship, anticipate my customers’ needs and whatever else it takes to provide them peace of mind. I always strive to find the Win-Win for all parties.The Opendoor model is taking the real estate industry to a whole new level and I am very excited to adapt and grow within the industry I love so much.
