I\'m a finance technology program manager and CPA with 10+ years helping organizations build the financial infrastructure they need to scale and making sure it actually sticks.My work lives at the intersection of Finance, Accounting, and Engineering. I translate complex financial requirements into systems that work, manage the programs that get them there, and bring the people along for the ride. Whether that\'s owning governance across nine concurrent workstreams on a $340M Workday implementation, bridging finance and engineering teams through a legacy billing system modernization, or designing SOX/ITGC controls frameworks that hold up under audit, I\'m most energized when the work is complex, the stakes are high, and the infrastructure being built didn\'t exist before.I\'ve done this work in consulting, in-house, and everything in between - at a major public university, high-growth startups navigating global expansion, and across a range of clients at Slalom. That breadth has made me a better program manager: I\'ve learned that good governance doesn\'t have to be heavy, that the Finance-to-Engineering translation layer is where most programs succeed or fail, and that change management is never an afterthought.I\'m a Workday Financials specialist (FDM, AR, AP, Accounting Center, Prism) and a lifelong learner when it comes to the broader ecosystem.
