ABOUT MARIAH WOOD
I am a passionate and driven learning professional with a background in sales and customer service. I have always been an avid learner and since the beginning of my career I have been motivated to gain a better understanding of the Retirement Plans industry. Now with a role as a Learning and Performance Consultant I am able to fully exercise that passion for learning and use it to help associates maximize their potential. I use my knowledge of Governmental and Emerging Markets retirement plans to lead trainings that onboard new associates, refine their sales skills, and assist them in using technology to increase efficiency. I also assist with development of different types of learning tools including videos, job aids, and presentations that respond to training objectives from our Retirement Solutions business. When I\'m not in the office, you can find me painting or drawing. Oftentimes, my subjects are flowers, animals, or landscapes I see and take pictures of while hiking outside. I love being able to make art with my hands and exercise creativity on new projects.
