Mentor a cohort of 32 AmeriCorps Fellows per year guiding them through project and professional goal setting, project implementation, and their next career step. •Manage project partner relationships, mitigate conflict as it arises, and ensure Fellows are well-supported. •Prepare and facilitate trainings for 130 AmeriCorps members related to career readiness, climate resilience, and project management. •Plan and implement large scale events including a week-long symposium focused on climate careers and Fellow Orientation. •Lead survey creation and data analysis to measure training and event outcomes, and overall program effectiveness. •Plan 4 regional volunteer service days per year, facilitating educational experiences for Fellows and supporting local community initiatives such as habitat restoration and hunger relief. •Develop supplemental training and professional development resources for Fellows. •Assist with grant applications and reporting. •Draft monthly communications for Fellows and project partners. •Assist with the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of CivicSpark policies and program design.
