About Mariah Sixkiller

With 25 years of work experience in government affairs, public policy, international relations, and trade, I am currently an Director at Hakluyt & Company, a strategic advisory firm that helps clients navigate complex markets and geopolitical challenges. Previously, I was a General Manager for Strategy at Microsoft, where I helped advance the DOD-Microsoft Mission Partnership, and a Director of National Security Government Affairs, where I grew our cloud business by engaging with key stakeholders and policymakers in the U.S. and abroad. I also co-founded and managed Sixkiller Consulting, a boutique government relations firm that served clients in the technology, defense, international exchange, philanthropy, and energy sectors. This followed more than a decade in public service, advising multiple U.S. federal elected and appointed officials on foreign policy and national security matters. I have a strong track record of delivering results, building relationships and coalitions, and influencing decisions at the highest levels of government and business. I am passionate about leveraging my multilingual skills, global experience, and diverse perspectives to help clients achieve their strategic goals and create positive social impact.
