Modesto, CA native and Southern California–raised, Mariah Peterson is a dynamic educator-in-training and community leader dedicated to empowering the next generation. With a BA in Broadcast Journalism and Communication Studies from Cal State Northridge, Mariah began her career in media and entrepreneurship, flourishing as a community cultivator, event curator, speaker and the Founder of the women’s community, Bosses Who Brunch.Her work has included partnerships and features with ABC Radio Disney, COMPLEX News, Blavity, Hollywood Unlocked, and Sony Pictures Entertainment, showcasing her creativity, strategic communication, and ability to build meaningful community experiences.Today, Mariah is expanding her impact beyond media and entrepreneurship. She is currently pursuing her Master of Education in Educational Leadership at National University and serves as a Youth Mentor at Game Changers Leadership Institute, where she supports young leaders in personal growth, career readiness, and leadership development. She also continues to uplift women and young professionals through workshops, coaching, and community engagement.A proud mother of two and Navy military wife, Mariah brings authenticity, resilience, and passion to every space she enters.
