About Mariah M. Glover

As a DEI Associate at inQUEST Consulting, I apply my 10+ years of experience in employee engagement and program management to create and deliver customized workplace solutions for global clients. I work with a diverse and talented team of consultants, facilitators, and coaches to design and execute engaging and impactful DEI initiatives, such as workshops, assessments, coaching programs, and strategic plans. I also leverage my skills in allyship and executive presentations to communicate effectively with senior leaders, stakeholders, and advocate for DEI best practices and outcomes. My passion for people, diversity, equity, and inclusion stems from my academic and professional background in hospitality and event management. I have successfully planned and produced large-scale events for various industries and audiences, such as the 17th Annual Diversity and Leadership Conference for the National Diversity Council, where I was responsible for overall project management, production, content creation, and marketing coordination. I have also developed and implemented strategic sales plans and packages for hotels and venues, such as the Hyatt Regency Houston and Pinstripes, where I managed sales goals of over 2 million dollars. Through these experiences, I have gained valuable insights into the needs and challenges of different sectors and markets, to create inclusive and welcoming spaces for everyone. I am currently pursuing an MBA in Organizational Leadership from the University of Houston-Downtown, where I am learning how to apply leadership theories and models to real-world scenarios and problems. I am also a member of Phi Kappa Phi, a prestigious honor society that recognizes and promotes academic excellence and service. My goal is to continue to grow and develop as a leader and a learner, and to use my education and skills to advance the DEI efforts and goals of inQUEST Consulting and its clients.
