Full Cycle Recruiting and On-Boarding practices, Interviewing & Conducting interviews to pre-screen Employees before Hiring • Establish best practices related to building culture, diversity, and an inclusive company culture, that’s built on core values. • Help develop programs to attract, develop, retain, and promote a diverse workforce. • Building Pro-Active and Positive relationships with Local community resources. Colleges, universities, and Military installations that deliver a talent pool and pipeline or Qualified and diverse candidates. • Used various platforms to scout and recruit a solid talent pool from iCIMS, WorkDay, VNDLY, Zip recruiter, Indeed, Apploi, WorkStep, VeryAble, & LinkedIn. • Working with various Staffing agencies building rapports with them to complete staffing requirements. Also using them to complete background checks and drug tests. • Partner with Various EVP’s, Regional Operational Directors, Op. Directors, Distribution Mangers, Sales Directors and Managers, Also Hiring Managers for Indiana, Kentucky, Illinois Markets, and various others states for specific staffing needs. • Help RTM\'s Coordinate and participation in various job fairs. Which may include presentations. Also develop/maintain contacts and act as liaison with schools, alumni groups, outreach organizations, and other groups as necessary to meet recruiting objectives. • Work with Corporate Talent Acquisition department to develop creative ways for addressing talent acquisition challenges and amplifying the Employer Brand. • Coordinate and facilitate onboarding and orientation process with new employees, creating critical touch points throughout the associates first 30, 60 & 90 days. • Deliver regular talent acquisition metric analysis and identify retention strategies for existing workforce. Proactively seeks market intelligence to gain competitive advantage in attraction, assessment, and sourcing methodologies.
