Responsible for the development, oversight and recruitment of more than 60 subcontract employees and 8 subcontracts with various prime contractors at the DOE Hanford site.• Maintain compliance with small and large subcontracts with a wide variety of skill sets including; Administrative Services, Procedure Writing/ Development, Fire Protection, Safety, Training Analysts, Environmental, Engineering and more.• Submit comprehensive weekly, bi-weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting in support of subcontracts • Provide onboarding support and guidance to new hires and existing subcontract employees including; obtaining appropriate identification, education and certifications, coordinating travel and start information, training on policies and procedures, and providing timekeeping instructions. • Identify, screen and validate potential candidates through various recruiting processes including sourcing resumes, cold calling, interviewing, performing reference checks and verifying qualifications. • Frequently communicate with contracts specialists, hiring managers, teaming partners and subcontract employees to implement performance feedback, and provide coaching direction, leading to disciplinary actions or terminations when required.• Audit timesheets and invoices for accurate charge codes, rates and additional information• Assist in the preparation, development and delivery of technical proposals• Ensure Hanford office is well-staffed, fully functional and running efficiently
