Award Winning Inventor of EcoTex, Spokesperson for Emerging Prairie, & Featured Publicized Designer for Inside Fashion Design Inc.(IFD)Currently I\'m in the role of Merchandising Operations focusing on Inventory Management at The RealReal. I am responsible for ensuring accurate and efficient processing of all shipping and receiving functions that affect the company\'s inventory. I supervise and maintain an orderly stock and receiving area, ensure merchandise is properly ticketed and sensored, manage multiple projects simultaneously, collaborate with various department leaders, and have trained over 15 coordinators.I previously was a Merchandising Manager at Emin + Paul in London, UK. I induced clients\' buying decisions by detailing unique product features and benefits. I also oversaw chargeback, returns, shipment delays, and purchase order documentation for end-to-end merchandising, conducted quality assurance testing and coordinated user acceptance testing. I developed strategic merchandise plans to maximize product sales, negotiated sales and calculated taxes with global clientele and A-list celebrities, and exceeded profits.I am an award-winning inventor as of 2019. I created an eco-friendly, all natural, ethically produced textile that is still breathable and flexible, as well as water-resistant. I am very passionate about sustainability and synthetic textiles cause horrific amounts of pollution to our ecosystem. ECOTEX™ was inspired for outdoor recreational purposes, but can be used for all occasion clothing. I also have a Global Business education and experience from studying abroad in Dubai, UAE, and have received several awards, including: Social Impact Innovation, Most Valuable Person Award, Academic Excellence Award, Universal Leadership Certificate, and National Top 10 Creative Designer. I\'ve been involved in several organizations and have held executive leadership positions within those organizations. I\'ve had internships across the globe focusing on sustainable, eco-friendly, and ethically produced fashion. I have a passion for helping people, which I use my skills and knowledge of the fashion industry to be an advocate for fair rights for the workers abroad assembling the apparel. Also, I have a strong interest in other cultures, and a desire to learn/experience other areas in the world.
