I discovered the yoga in 2009 in the persuance of unravelling a series of muscular problems which were eventually resolved thanks to a rigorous regime of daily prectice.Until now I have studied and explored diverse disciplines such as Hata, Ashtanga, Vinyasa and Kundalini participating in courses and seminars resulting in the desire to deepen my knowledge of Hata yoga in order to be able to teach and share the experience which has changed my life.
