What I do every day • Manage a portfolio of complex, cross-industry projects aligned with company strategy. • Lead and support Customer Delivery Managers through all delivery phases, from kick-off to go-live. • Optimize resources, timing, and costs while maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfaction. • Act as a liaison between Sales, Product, R&D, and Support, fostering an agile and collaborative workflow. • Introduce best practices and Project Management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) to enhance scalability and continuous innovation.
