Mariafernanda “Marifer” ZacariasMariafernanda is a Democratic political operative and Multi-Cultural strategist who specializes in stakeholder and partnership engagement, campaigns, and constituency outreach. Zacarias was formerly the National Engagement Director and oversaw all constituency paid media and outreach at the Prior to starting this role, she was the Deputy Director for the White House Hispanic Initiative. She was the Senior Advisor for Latino Engagement at the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee in the 2022 cycle, where she led paid media for Latino persuasion and worked with national stakeholders and surrogates. Prior to joining the Zacarias consulted for a creative marketing firm and Equis Institute on their political appointment project with the Biden-Harris Administration. Zacarias managed national partnerships and partner field and digital plans at For Our Future during the 2020 cycle. She is also a Planned Parenthood Federation of America and Planned Parenthood Action Fund, Time\'s Up Legal Defense Fund and National Women\'s Law Center alum. Zacarias completed her undergraduate work in international affairs at American University. She\'s a proud El Paso native living in Washington, D.C.
