ABOUT MARIA EERO

Hey, I\'m Maria! Originally from Estonia, I’ve explored design across different cultures and disciplines, along the way discovering that my true passion lies in crafting environments that tell stories, whether in exhibition design, on film, stage, or in retail. My journey began in architecture, where I specialized in façade design and learned to balance technical skill with creativity. Working on intricate architectural spaces taught me the value of precision and the power of visual impact. Yet, I was drawn to design’s more experiential side, which could capture someone’s attention instantly or transport them into another world. That led me to set design and visual merchandising—a place where art, storytelling, and functionality intersect. I’ve completed courses, developed personal projects, and built a portfolio that reflects my ability to transform spaces into experiences, whether for exhibition design, film, theater, or retail. My architectural expertise in tools like Rhino, SketchUp, ArchiCAD, Photoshop, Lumion, etc, allows me to dive into each project with confidence and adaptability. I’m ready to bring my passion and skills to a professional team, helping directors, producers, and brands create worlds that resonate and inspire. My goal is to build spaces that do more than look good—they invite people to feel, explore, and become part of the story. I’m thrilled to make that vision a reality. Let\'s sync up and explore the possibilities together!
