As part of the Talent Acquisition team, I focus on the recruitment and onboarding of IT and Engineering professionals, contributing to the rapid and strategic growth of our digital hub in Spain. I work closely with German Hiring Managers, aligning talent needs with business objectives across cross-functional teams.In the first half of 2025, we onboarded 50 new employees — representing a 47% increase in headcount. This milestone reflects the efficiency of our hiring processes and the strong collaboration between internal stakeholders and external partners.A key part of my role involves guiding and managing our external recruitment partners — including our RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) provider and several talent acquisition agencies — ensuring alignment with our standards, timelines, and culture.I also lead the negotiation phase with candidates, handling salary discussions and employment conditions to secure successful hires and long-term engagement. Ensuring transparency and alignment between expectations and offer terms is central to achieving high conversion and retention rates.Additionally, I contribute to market analysis, employer branding initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts within the Talent Acquisition function, positioning our company as a competitive and attractive employer in the Spanish labor market.
