I love helping people learning about Salesforce and Gearset - The complete Salesforce DevOps solution, having the opportunity to train a variety of backgrounds: from completely beginners to Salesforce, to experienced Product Managers and DevOps Architects. My strengths and key focus on my career: Training: leading and driving the training department to achieve the hiring goals and ensure each new hire understands our highly technical product and represents the company in each technical/commercial interaction; efficient at sharing knowledge and finding ways to break down concepts to the understanding of different audiences; Customer success: nearly a decade of experience in customer centric roles, developing high level of empathy and great listening to deconstruct users problems into a solution; Debugging: ability to ask relevant and narrow questions to be able to effectively understand and investigate problems; Feedback: receiving and giving, is the best gift we can give to one another, when given effectively; Strategy and change management: constantly challenge, improve and implement processes to enable a more efficient and yet pleasant workforce; Tech: Easiest to understand how different softwares and systems work and bring to day-to-day work; Currently taking a Front End Development course.
