I am an educator and instructional leader with a background in Electronic Engineering (EIT) and years of experience as a Project Engineer in multidisciplinary EPC projects across Industrial, Oil & Gas, and Power Generation sectors. My engineering experience strengthened my ability to think in systems, analyze data, and manage complex projects. Today, I apply those same skills in education as a Pre-K teacher and member of the Instructional Leadership Team (ILT), where I contribute to school-wide instructional planning and continuous improvement.I currently lead the Pre-K accreditation process, coordinating evidence, aligning instructional practices with state standards, and supporting team readiness for validation. I am also part of the school planning committee, collaborating with staff to design priorities for instruction, culture, and climate.My work focuses on: Data-driven instruction and differentiation Early childhood education and school readiness Supporting multilingual learners Strengthening family-school partnerships My journey reflects a commitment to impact, evolving from designing complex engineering systems to building meaningful learning experiences and stronger school communities.
