ABOUT AYELÉN MALAQUÍN

Hi, I\'m Ayelén (pronounced Ah-she-Lehn)I\'m a design-led Product Manager. I\'m a product-led Designer. I\'m a curiosity-led Coach and Facilitator. I\'m an education-led Founder.I help entrepreneurs, founders, product teams, and organizations figure out what to build and why it will work. My path started in design and research, but I\'ve always operated at the intersection of user needs, business strategy, and execution. I have eight years of experience working end-to-end: from a 0-to-1 notification system at a pre-seed startup, to redesigning payment experiences that touched 1.2M sellers at Mercado Libre, to leading full product discovery for B2B startups. I bring a research-driven approach that most PMs don\'t have, and a strategic lens that most designers never develop.In conjunction with my corporate career, I have started a social-impact educational project called The World We Create through which I bacame a Melton Foundation Senior Fellow and a Inner Development Goals Ambassador. I want to help people build the right things, for themselves, their vision and for others.
