Maria has worked in the humanitarian and development fields for eight years with World Vision Indonesia. Her areas of competence include programme design, monitoring, evaluation, and accountability. Her experience working on emergency responses to numerous disasters, including earthquakes, tsunamis, floods, cyclones, and COVID-19, has driven her to study more about disaster- resilient development and climate change adaptation.
