I am a Master of Public Administration candidate at American University with a concentration in Strategic Governance and Cross-Sector Innovation, driven by a commitment to equity, effective governance, and data-informed decision-making across the nonprofit, public, and private sectors.I currently serve as a Certification Operations Coordinator at the National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD), where I support the administration, oversight, and continuous improvement of mission-driven credentialing programs. In this role, I prepare and analyze recurring performance and compliance reports to inform leadership decision-making and external communications; execute data transfers with quality control measures to ensure data integrity; and manage member requests related to credentialing policies, applying established guidelines to ensure consistency, fairness, and transparency. I serve as a primary point of contact for members and program participants, coordinating across internal teams to support access, accountability, and a high-quality participant experience, while supporting the planning and execution of certified member and subject matter expert events.Previously, I worked as an Administrative Coordinator in the Policy and Education Research Department at the American Dental Education Association (ADEA), where I supported high-level research, data systems, and cross-functional operations. My work included data validation and crosswalk creation, collaboration with external stakeholders on the launch and refinement of the ADEA Data Portal, development of instructional and web-based content, and administrative support to leadership. Earlier in my career, I served as a Junior Paralegal at Pessin Katz Law, supporting the medical malpractice team through legal document preparation, discovery coordination, subpoena issuance, and communication with healthcare providers and court personnel. Reinforcing my attention to detail, compliance awareness, and ability to manage sensitive information under strict deadlines.I hold a B.A. in Political Science with a secondary major in Gender Studies from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County, where I graduated cum laude.
