My career at CEC has been shaped by a commitment to serving others - our team members, clients, and the communities we impact. Since joining CEC in 1998, I’ve supported our people and our purpose through roles spanning administration, marketing, operations, finance, and human resources. These experiences have reinforced my belief that great companies are built by great people and by leaders who serve them well. As CEC has grown, I’ve focused on financial and people services to strengthen both our organizational health and team member experience. I aim to provide transparent financial leadership while helping create a workplace where every individual feels supported, valued, and equipped to thrive. Service is the foundation of meaningful leadership. Empathy, clarity, and accountability guide my work, whether shaping financial strategy, strengthening HR practices, or championing efforts that elevate our culture.
