Oversees the Theatre for Kids Program• Develops working partnerships with arts organizations, schools and organizations in Boston (and beyond) serving kids who could benefit from Rodman For Kids• Broadens the types and locations of performances Theatre for Kids offers for kids of varying abilities and socioeconomic statuses• Responsible for all ticket distribution for Theatre for Kids• Reports on Theatre for Kids outcomes and measures program effectiveness• Works with the Executive Director to expand opportunities for added value and education for the program• Works with the Rodman For Kids Theatre Committee on fundraising and ideas for expansion• Collaborates with the leadership team to build a year-long professional development program for partners• Oversees applications and reviews of potential new charity partners• Manages the measurement of metrics for partner scorecards and reviews of partner performance• Serves as primary liaison to 40+ charity partners• Participates in event planning and management including securing vendor contracts, volunteer oversight, logistic coordination, silent auction coordination, etc.• Assists with recruitment of Rodman Ride for Kids riders and Rodman Ride for Kids & Celebration sponsors
