I\'m an experienced recruitment leader with a specialism in legal recruiting, across both private practice and in-house LegalTech. Having been fortunate enough to work in small teams with high levels of responsibility & accountability, I have become especially skilled in interviewing, lateral recruitment, graduate/campus recruitment, recruitment marketing & employer branding, recruitment operations & project management, training, DEI, sourcing and onboarding.
