ABOUT MARIA VICTORIA TRAFFANO SCHIFFO
I am pro-active, with a lot of motivation, passionate and committed to my profession and my work. I have a high capacity in resolving problems and I enjoy the team work, being able to teach and learn on every occasion. I have extensive experience in food research and development, having obtained more than 18 scientific publications in international journals of high impact (Q1) during the development of my PhD, 2 patents and more than 30 participations in international conferences. I did two research mobilities to prestigious universities: Italy UNIBO (University of Bologna) and Argentina UBA (University of Buenos Aires). On the other hand, I have extensive experience in food industries, in quality and development area, having worked for more than two years in a big meat Argentinian exporter company. I really enjoy learning languages, I have a high level in English and Italian (native Spanish); thus, I have a high motivation to develop international jobs that require collaboration and connection from several countries at once.
