As an Account Recruiting Manager I am responsible for full life cycle technical recruiting, managing and partnering with some of our largest clients to ensure exceptional recruiting efforts, continuous growth and expansion within the account, and outstanding service to both the client and our contractors. Essential Job Functions: • Ensure a high level of service to current key account customers and contractors • Identify qualified candidates for openings at key large accounts using all available recruiting tools • Maximize profitability by understanding client needs, providing quality contractors, and proactively marketing ideal candidates • Perform and/or oversee administrative demands, per client/customer specifications • Leverage client value‐add functions in maintaining accounts and saturating new business • Escalate saturation opportunities such as exclusive or national agreements to appropriate resources • Provide ongoing mentoring and management of recruiters
