In this role as an individual contributor, I provide employers with strategic development plans focused on managing healthcare costs and trend, while supporting the adoption and growth of consumer directed healthcare programs. Together, we promote employee healthcare consumerism and financial health and well-being.Responsibilities include:• Supporting client partner engagement and adoption goals for their benefit programs• Establishing, strengthening, and maintaining client relationships at the executive level• Partnering with clients to provide strategic guidance and best practices for healthcare benefits and tax advantage accounts, to ensure continued alignment between clients and HealthEquity• Coordinating internal expertise and building alliances to address client needs• Developing client-specific communication plans to increase employee/participant understanding, adoption, and utilization of accounts• Managing contract status and renewal negotiations for existing clients• Coordinating RFP response for existing clients• Providing account management support for the sales team at finalist meetings• Escalation point for client from the sales hand-off throughout the ongoing relationship
