I am a passionate and results-driven HR leader with over 15 years of experience building high-performing teams and driving talent strategies in the hospitality and entertainment industries. Throughout my career, I’ve designed and implemented programs that reduce turnover, foster engagement, strengthen culture, and prepare future leaders to thrive.In 2022, after my husband’s early retirement, we fulfilled a long-time dream and moved to Charleston, SC. While our new home was being built, we took the opportunity to travel — and loved it so much that we continued exploring even after settling in! That season of adventure gave me a fresh perspective, strengthened my adaptability, and reminded me of the value of connection — insights that continue to shape how I engage with people and teams. During this season of travel, I also earned my Master’s degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology and completed my Advanced Leadership Certifications, deepening my expertise in employee behavior, data-driven decision making, and organizational strategy.Today, I am eager to bring together my practical experience and academic insight to make a meaningful impact — helping organizations strengthen engagement, optimize talent strategies, and build thriving, high-performing teams!
