ABOUT MARIA STEVENSON
I\'ve worked in the Early Careers industry since 2016 in a variety of different roles, which have all given me a breadth and variety of experience within the sector. I am currently the Talent Acquisition Manager within the Early Careers team at Experian, overseeing the recruitment for Experian’s apprenticeship, placement and graduate schemes across UKI. I lead the full recruiting lifecycle for our roles and possess a comprehensive understanding of the full recruitment cycle including candidate attraction, application review, assessment, onboarding and induction.I also started my career as an apprentice! Once I finished my A Levels, I completed a Sponsored Degree Apprenticeship and obtained a first class honours in Business Management for Information Technology, whilst working full time alongside my studies. Therefore, I hope to have a unique perspective on the Early Careers industry having sat on both sides of the table, originally as an apprentice and now in recruitment!
