I have worked in the sales and recruitment industry since 1996, firstly for a major high street agency and secondly for a specialist niche consultancy, progressing from recruiting on a day to day basis to specialising in sales and recruitment training. I have experience in both contract and permanent recruitment, during my career also running international recruitment companies and managing various teams and billing a Million on a desk myself. Since 2001 I have purely focused on the training side, firstly with a niche agency in the construction sector and from 2008 running my own sales and recruitment training business in sectors such as construction, telecoms, media, aerospace, banking & IT.
