West Midlands based, award winning Social Enterprise that provides safe, suitable and sustainable housing for homeless families and individuals.With our commitment to contribute to a collective mission of ending homelessness across the West Midlands, Cornerstone Partnership have already helped 350 families in just 18 months having handed over our 101th property in July 2020. This forms part of our teams greater mission of providing homes by 2035- due to the acute undersupply of stock across the region, we are facilitating this gap with a mixture of both properties bought through our social enterprise but more recently, having developed a strategy to quickly deliver housing to our partners through company lets. We are currently working closely with several partners including local councils in both the Midlands and North Warwickshire in addition to various charities supporting both individuals and families but who don\'t necessarily have the capacity internally to secure housing at affordable prices.
