   In Employee Relations, provide advice, consultation and guidance to managers and colleagues on company policies, practices, and escalated ER concerns. The role is also responsible for providing proactive support and interventions to maintain a positive employee relationsclimate, while partnering collaboratively with various cross functional stakeholders (e.g. HR Business Partners,Compliance, Legal, etc.) Employee Relations professionals manage a high volume of inquiries and complex cases, and generally aligned with a specific business segment or client group. In this role, you will also be responsible for ensuring legislative andrelevant CVSH Policy compliance in the execution ofbusiness activity and CVSH culture, as guided by theSenior Manager ensuring that applicable CVSH processand policies are up to date, compliant, maintained andappropriate for the achievement of business needs.The successful candidate will exhibit a professional andcalm demeanor with all levels of employees and stronginterpersonal skills which include conflict management,investigation, negotiation and influencing. The Employee Relations professional will need to be able to present and deliver training, be highly organized with an emphasis on accuracy and be able to prioritize and plan time/resources accordingly, in a fast paced, high pressured environment. This role will require the handling of highly confidential and sensitive information and will be expected to manage a high volume of cases.
