ABOUT MARIA SILVIA PAZZI

Founder and CEO of Regenesi, a company that produces sustainable high fashion and design accessories. Born in 2008, it is the first made in Italy reality conceived according to principles of circular economy and network organization. Founder and CEO of Regenstech, the radical technology solution to bring the fashion industry full circle.Mother of four, former responsible for innovative services for companies, in 2006 I decided to put myself out there. Graduated in Economics and Business, earning a MBA at Bologna Business School, I was Professor in Business Organization and Marketing at the University of Bologna and Uninettuno. Actually I am an Adjunct Professor in Industrial Design at the University of Bologna, a member of the board of the National Confederation of Crafts and Small and Medium Enterprises in Ravenna and a member of the board of FIDAPA BPW Italy (International Federation of Business and Professional Women).In 2017 I was awarded as responsible innovator entrepreneur by Emilia-Romagna Region while, in 2019, as Best Performer Circular Economy by Confindustria, Enel and Luiss Business School and by ITWIIN as \"Best inventor and best innovator in Italy\".In 2022 I won the prestigious \"Sustainable Fashion Award\" at the Monte-Carlo Fashion Week as a pioneer of the circular economy in the fashion industry.
