ABOUT MARIA GUIDO SASOVA

After nearly a decade dedicated to the field of migration, I’ve embarked on my own migratory journey toward further professional growth and exploration. From a role that combined immigration counselling, training, and policy analysis within a UN agency in Slovakia, I transitioned to a project management position in the manufacturing sector in Italy. In this role, I’ve developed a keen interest in lean management principles, which resonate deeply with my commitment to continuous improvement. As migration remains my core passion, I use this experience to gain a migrant’s perspective, explore integration strategies, and hone my intercultural competencies. Along the way, I am expanding my skill set by delving into design thinking, artificial intelligence, and their applications in fostering effective solutions.
