Through an AXCO consulting assignment, I joined the BNP Paribas Accounting and Payments Team - one of Europe´s top five banks, has a market capitalization of nearly $100B. In this role I worked as a PMO across customized SAP systems (1CAP, Fortis, and Vinci)- Developed tracking dashboards to monitor ticket volumes, workload distribution, and resolution time- Created a ticket categorization model to identify recurring issues and support process improvements- Collaborated with technical teams, consolidating requirements and ensuring delivery within bi-weekly sprint cycles- Prepared presentations for senior stakeholders, reporting team scope, performance metrics, and future initiatives- Partnered with management to define objectives and optimize team operations- Organized weekly team meetings, preparing agendas and consolidating discussion points- Participated in Demand Board sessions, presenting requests for process changes and new implementations for approval.
