Specifically, my responsibilities include- Conducting full availability searches and providing written opinions for clients- Surveillance of trademarks and domains- Filing and prosecuting Italian, European, and International trademarks- Handling opposition proceedings before UIBM, EUIPO, INPI, and Foreign Offices through direct collaboration with local agents- Managing pre-contentious matters, such as drafting cease and desist letters and negotiating with adverse parties- Surveillance, registration, maintenance, and prosecution of domain names- Protection and enforcement of GIs.Additionally, I am actively involved in conducting due diligence activities within the intellectual property field to ensure comprehensive assessment and risk mitigation for our clients.
