Management of all orders from placement to closure including.• Proactively developing relationships with all Entrust customers. • Accurate order placement including pricing, availability, documentary requirements, delivery, exporting and invoice queries.• Responsibility for resolving any customer issues including price queries, freight costs, invoice queries, delivery problems.• Validate and process global Entrust RMAs.• Validate warranty and service-contract coverage of products including SMAs.• Dispatch service calls to Entrust technicians.• Manage software license / contract renewals.• Gather and relay customer information to appropriate individuals within Entrust including distribution of sales-leads.• Awareness of cultural & country specific requirements: Product, Service, Market and Customer Knowledge.• Understand customs and shipping issues by country.• Actively participate with sales and business units in account planning, and development Leadership.•Providing assistance, training & guidance to all colleagues. Policy, Process, Procedure and Systems Knowledge.
