A highly innovative and experienced Cabin Ground Instructor and Deputy Head of Cabin Crew flowing vast experience in aviation since 2006, this has resulted in the acquisition of key management exposure. A talented individual with vast knowledge and experience in employee training and coaching, performance management, leadership, recruitment, administration and operations management, incident control and data management. An individual with the skills to lead multi-disciplinary teams and manage mentoring and training who has repeatedly demonstrated breadth of leadership abilities with the drive and experience that would add immediate value to any forward thinking organisation. The following key achievements have been extracted directly from my CV to provide an insight into my credentials and capabilities: Achieved significant success throughout career in aviation to date, this has included gaining selection as Deputy Head of Cabin Crew at EuroFlyer, acting as Head of Cabin Crew and Base Chief Cabin Crew at Norwegian Air UK, receiving multiple promotions and adapting seamlessly to new positions, airlines and countries Thrived within recent Cabin Ground Instructor position, this involved the training of all cabin employees across Norwegian Air UK, Norwegian Air Shuttle and Norwegian Air International Selected to oversee the long haul Norwegian Air UK fleet in addition to the 737 fleet as the Base Chief Cabin Crew at London Gatwick, this resulted in responsibility for the management of a combined cabin crew Completed a breadth of training, this has resulted in the ability to train every subject as a Cabin Ground Instructor. Academically, I have continually enhanced my own development through the completion of numerous key courses and areas of study, this includes Aviation Security Instructor where I hold a valid CIN number and comprehensive additional training throughout my aviation career. Overall, I am interested in companies which can benefit from my skills, experience and there is a great potential for growth.
