About Maria Nikitouchkin
I\'m a tech enthusiast planning to pursue a career intersected between real estate, tech and law. In 2019, I graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce with a major in Real Estate Management from the Ted Rogers School of Business at Ryerson University. During this time, I worked as a research assistant focusing on data cleaning and research analysis. My research focused on the price premiums of sustainable homes. I was also the vice president and treasurer of Ryerson\'s Union of Students Speaking Russian. It was our goal to bring Russian speaking students together, while having a non-partisan affiliation. While at Ryerson, I took some business law courses that sparked my interest in law. After doing research, I realized there was a huge, interrelated gap within real estate, law and technology. I decided to attend Ryerson Law to bridge this gap. Currently, I have started the Real Estate Law Club at Lincoln Alexander to bring like-minded students together. I\'m also the Co-President of the Legal Entrepreneurs Club. Outside of class and work, I enjoy exploring the city with my rescue dog, Kiwi and learning how to cook the Russian food I was raised on.
