I\'m currently a Chapter Lead of a portfolio of RegTech applications with several thousands of internal users, which are being used as part of the Onboarding Stream to empower teams across Client lifecycle management process in UBS. In addition I\'m also a Product Owner for a rules based platform that codifies AML rules, regulatory cross-border trading rules and requirements across all asset-classes and businesses ensuring risk reduction, cost optimization and robust regulatory compliance in IB. I have over a decade of leadership experience while managing various teams - Transitions, Onboarding/KYC and Risk with a focus on operational effectiveness and development of strategies that increase cost reduction and foster scalability and business growth. Experience includes building operating models, running optimization & efficiency projects, creating and aligning budget models, risk and KPCI frameworks and metrics. Expert in delivering global strategic initiatives and cross border regulatory programs ( such as Dodd Frank, EMIR, MIFID and etc.), as well as managing regulatory exams from major US regulators. All while elevating and delivering exceptional client and colleague experience, developing people and fostering team cultures where people succeed together whilst achieving optimal results for clients and business.
