As a Banking Officer/ BSA Analyst II, I am responsible for conducting daily reconciliation reports between ECS and our Core System, ensuring the accuracy and consistency of transactions. Additionally, I meticulously verify OFAC updates against lists of entities and individuals provided by the U.S. Department of the Treasury, while running FinCen Rpt 314(a) to detect potential matches. I maintain a comprehensive log of possible or false positive matches and promptly report any potential matches to FinCEN in adherence to regulatory guidelines. Working closely with the BSA Officer, I provide ECS Reports for special projects and assist in generating requested reports for auditing and validation purposes. My role also involves proficiently managing ECS User Administration, effectively assigning roles and permissions to authorized personnel. I am dedicated to preparing and presenting the monthly Board Report, encompassing comprehensive compliance updates, risk assessments, and statistical analysis. Additionally, I conduct annual reviews on business accounts, ensuring accurate classification and appropriate application of corresponding NAICS codes. With a keen eye for detail, I conduct ongoing reviews of customer risks and account risk ratings, while also carefully analyzing generated weekly, monthly, and quarterly Flags, and monthly exceptions. Furthermore, I conduct thorough initial and ongoing semi-annual reviews of High-Risk Accounts, both domestic and international, to promptly detect and investigate suspicious activity or patterns.
