My current role is to lead a team of network business partners at the National Learning Centre to deliver world-class training and learning interventions to staff at all levels across all six Brands’ Retailer networks for both technical and non-technical training and the apprentice programme. The role oversees all aspects of brand People Development activity to ensure factory and brand standards are met and within budgets and on time whist driving our strategic transformation agenda. This role is pivotal in ensuring that all strategic initiatives are delivered by influencing all six of VWG Brands Investor community, Internal brand stakeholders and all network employees, whilst complying with all manufacturer standards – technical and non-technical and readying our network for transformation through Agency and the direct sales model.
