Strategy and Transformation Leader driving enterprise-scale change across complex and regulated environments.I specialize in designing and executing end-to-end transformation initiatives that translate into measurable business outcomes. My work sits at the intersection of strategy, operating model design, regulatory change and technology enabled transformation, ensuring organizations scale and sustainability while managing risk and complexity.Currently I lead a portfolio of enterprise platforms supporting several thousands of internal users, critical to Client Lifecycle Management and Onboarding journeys in UBS. These platforms form foundation for AI adoption and enable global teams to operate consistently, efficiently, and in line with evolving regulatory expectations, while supporting broader strategic objectives around scalability, cost optimization and risk reduction. In parallel, I act as a Product Owner for a global rules based platform that codifies AML and cross-border trading regulations across all asset-classes and businesses. This platform converts regulatory complexity into structured, repeatable decision frameworks, strengthening governance while enabling business agility and strategic growth. With almost 15 years of leadership experience across Strategy, Transformation, Onboarding/KYC and Risk, I have led large-scale change programs focused on operating model transformation, process re-engineering, cost optimization, and investment prioritization. Experience includes building operating models, running optimization & efficiency projects, creating and aligning budget models, risk and KPCI frameworks and metrics. I have delivered global regulatory and strategic transformation initiatives, including programs related to Dodd Frank, EMIR, MIFID and etc, and other cross-border regulatory regimes, as well as supporting and leading major US regulatory examinations. I\'m known for bridging strategy and execution - aligning senior stakeholders, translating complexity into clarity, and ensuring transformation delivers tangible, sustainable results.
