My most recent contracts include- AI Generalist Evaluation Expert projects to train and evaluate advanced language learning AI models- contract to support a trades training company to license their programs. Over the course of my consulting work, I have conducted operational reviews, prepared programs for licensing approval and created strategic business plans. Policies address compliance, student data privacy, and institutional accountability. Curriculum Development – Licensed Career Training ProgramsLed the design and licensing of hybrid and online career training programs approved under Alberta Advanced Education’s Private Career Colleges Branch. Projects included Pharmacy Assistant, Human Services, Hospitality & Tourism, and Digital Marketing programs. Each framework demonstrates expertise in aligning curriculum with regulatory standards and industry needs.Compliance Toolkit – Private Post-Secondary EducationCreated a compliance toolkit for private college owners and administrators in Alberta. The toolkit includes policy checklists, operational templates, and regulatory guidance to streamline licensing and inspection readiness. Published OER Chapters – Career Integration & Culturally Responsive TrainingAuthored two Open Educational Resource (OER) chapters for NorQuest College’s Settlement Worker Diploma Program.
